Three of the Yorkshire Dales' finest summits in a single day, usually completed in under 12 hours.
- Pen-y-ghent (694m) — the steepest, and usually first. Features a small scramble.
- Whernside (736m) — the highest point in the Yorkshire Dales.
- Ingleborough (723m) — known for its flat-topped summit and limestone pavement.
Distance: around 24–25 miles (38.6km)
Total ascent: 1,585m (5,200ft)
Start and finish: Horton-in-Ribblesdale, usually anti-clockwise — though we can run it the other way if you let us know beforehand.
Is it for you?
It helps to have a good level of fitness and to be used to long days walking or running in the hills. Some experience on rocky ground and steep terrain is useful.

Great trip competently lead by Andy. Luckily we had good weather to appreciate the stunning views.
I'd definitely recommend booking a similar event with Andy, he's super enthusiastic and made sure we all had a great time.
