We teach on land and water, depending on location, with the use of head sets, making communication easy.
Five days of two 2 hour coaching, split into one session in the morning and one in the afternoon, with a free day worked around the forecast for the week.
Yoga sessions available morning and evening, if you would like to join in.

Prerequisite: be able to stay up wind, hold stable flight, self rescue and have public liability insurance (RYA or BKSA member).
