Equipment
Guests are welcome to bring their own equipment or enquire about using Surf to Summit gear during the experience.
A limited range of foil, wing, parawing, paddleboard, and related equipment may be available to hire depending on guest requirements, trip logistics, and availability.
As every guest’s needs and experience level may differ, equipment use or hire may involve additional costs. We’re happy to discuss options before booking to help create the best possible experience for each individual.
Food & Group Experience
Food throughout the experience will be shaped around the group, the sailing itinerary, island locations, and individual preferences gathered before arrival.
Depending on the route, conditions, and group wishes, meals may include a mixture of:
- cooking and shared meals onboard the catamaran
- eating out in traditional island tavernas
- local cafés and harbourside restaurants
- relaxed community style dining experiences
Following booking confirmation, guests will receive a welcome and induction form where we can gather information about:

Trip Availability & Booking Structure
The Surf to Summit Cyclades Catamaran Adventure will operate across selected dates between early October and early November, with expedition weeks running throughout the season depending on group bookings and weather conditions.
Each adventure experience is designed as an intimate small group journey onboard the catamaran, allowing flexibility around the best sailing routes, conditions, and overall guest experience.
As bookings come in, expedition dates will be confirmed and scheduled around the group and availability. This allows us to create the best possible experience for everyone joining the adventure.
Please note there will be a short operational break around the 19th–21st October due to UK commitments and travel logistics.
Arrival & Transfer Information
The recommended arrival point is Naxos or Athens with short ferry connections.
Guests will fly into Naxos Airport before transferring by ferry to the designated port and catamaran meeting location, where the Surf to Summit expedition base will be waiting.
Full joining instructions, ferry details, meeting points, and logistics will be provided following booking confirmation.
We aim to make the arrival process as smooth and stress free as possible while keeping the adventure flexible around sailing conditions and island routes.
Accommodation
Accommodation onboard the catamaran is based on shared twin occupancy, with two guests sharing each cabin as standard.
For guests wanting additional privacy, single cabin occupancy may be available for an additional supplement depending on cabin availability and trip logistics.
If you would prefer a private cabin, please enquire during the booking process and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
